Impeller aerators require frequent maintenance
1. The oil in the gearbox of the new impeller aerator needs to be replaced after accumulative use of 500 hours;
2. Pay attention to remove the attachments on the impeller to keep the impeller in working condition. After the use of the impeller for the whole year, it should be derusted, painted with anti-rust paint and maintained once, and the oil should be replaced.

Demolition and storage of surge aerator
1. Basically the same as the impeller type, it should be noted that the blades on the floating body of the surge machine are removed and stored to avoid being crushed;
2. After the accumulative use of the newly added oxygen generator for 250 hours, all the lubricating oil in the reduction box should be replaced once, and the lubricating oil should be replaced every year thereafter. When the surge generator is removed and stored, it should be noted that the blades on the floating body of the surge generator are removed and stored to avoid being crushed.

The waterwheel aerator should not be idle in the open air
1. After the accumulative use of the newly added oxygen generator for 250 hours, all the lubricating oil in the reduction box should be replaced once, and then the lubricating oil should be replaced every 1 year;
2. Regularly check whether the screws are loose every month and tighten them;
3. If it is not used for a long time, it should be placed indoors and painted with anti-rust paint to prolong the service life. It should not be placed in the open air.
