1. Disassembly and cleaning of the air pump of the aerator
The disassembly of the air pump is not only dismantling, but also inspections to find some existing problems and solve the problems.
First, check whether there is oil in the pump body. If not, there may be a problem with the oil circuit, or there is a problem with the oil pipe, which is damaged or blocked. The second is to check whether the wearing parts need to be replaced. If they need to be replaced, they should be replaced immediately. In addition, the rotor, the edge of the end cover, etc. should be checked for burrs, and if there are burrs, they should be cleaned.
Gasoline or cleaning fluid can be used to clean the air pump, especially the air cavity, cooling pipe, fan wheel and other parts, because they will affect the heat dissipation and cooling of the pump body. For the oil and gas separation net, it should be thoroughly cleaned and dried after cleaning.
2. Assembly of aerator air pump
Pump body: check the rotation of the unloading ring - chamfer the steel sheet - install the end cover - adjust the top clearance - assemble the rotor - lubricate and adjust the axial clearance.
Installation of cooling pipe base and base: If the oil return pipe is blocked, clear it. The asbestos pad under the cooling tube seat cannot be installed backwards, otherwise the oil and gas cannot be completely separated, causing the air pump to spray oil.
Left and right fan wheels: can not be installed in reverse, otherwise the cooling effect will not be achieved.
3. Debugging of the air pump of the aerator
After the air pump of the aerator accessories is assembled, turn the fan wheel by hand to check whether it can operate flexibly. Then carry out a test run for 10 minutes, whether there is air leakage or oil leakage. If everything is normal, run it idly for 1 hour, and after the lubrication is in place, you can run under load.
